My Journey
Since I last updated this page, my journey has taken me through some exciting roles and challenges. I've had the privilege of working with industry giants like Apple and Seagate, as well as innovative startups like Copy.ai. Each experience has enriched my expertise and reinforced my commitment to excellence in customer education and showed me the strength of building engaged communities.

Recent Achievements
Since launching EKConsulting in 2024 I've consulted for VDURA, creating Partner training paths, Professor Jules White, building an online community hub, and several other clients requesting contributions in AI project integrations and online community development. Previously, as Head of Customer Education at Copy.ai, I led the development of the Copy.ai online Community in Circle and Gainsight and LMS course development on Thinkific and Litmos. I'm particularly proud of the Power Prompting Course and showcase events I organized, featuring industry leaders like ChatBlackGPT Founder Erin Reddick and Professor Jules White.
At Seagate, I launched the Systems Selling Academy, which saw over 500 completions and had a measurable impact on sales growth rates. I also led Pride and Interfaith ERG initiatives, furthering my commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Recognition
I'm honored to have been recognized as one of the Top 100 Customer Success Influencers by Mind Touch and featured in the Faces of Sales Enablement Profile by the Sales Enablement Society (SES).
Beyond Work
When I'm not immersed in the world of customer education, you can find me volunteering as a guide at the Monterey Bay Aquarium or judging at the TechMuseum Tech Challenge. These experiences remind me of the importance of continuous learning and giving back to the community.
