Crafting the Future of Learning: My Journey in Customer Education

Reflecting on my 15+ years in customer education, I'm struck by how much the landscape has changed—and how exciting the future looks. From traditional classroom training to AI-powered learning experiences, I've had the privilege of not just witnessing this evolution, but actively shaping it.

My passion has always been creating "non-boring" engaging, easy to consume education that truly resonates with learners. Whether it's developing the comprehensive Ensighten Academy, spearheading the Copy.ai Community, or leading Seagate's Systems Academy, my goal remains constant: transform complex concepts into engaging, digestible content that drives real results.

One of my proudest achievements has been the Power Prompting Course at Copy.ai. As AI reshapes our world, I've embraced the challenge of teaching others how to harness its power effectively. Collaborating with industry leaders like Erin Reddick, founder of ChatBlackGPT, and Professor Jules White has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to stay at the forefront of AI education while addressing crucial issues of bias and inclusivity.

But technical skills are only part of the equation. Throughout my career, I've championed diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. From leading ERGs at Seagate to bringing The King Center's Beloved Community program to my global organization, I've seen firsthand how diverse perspectives enrich our learning environments and drive innovation.

As we navigate this AI revolution, I'm more excited than ever about the future of learning. My journey has taught me that the most effective education combines cutting-edge technology with human-centered design and a commitment to inclusivity. Whether you're looking to revolutionize your customer education, sales enablement, or internal training programs, I'm here to help you create learning experiences that are not just effective, but truly transformative.

Let's shape the future of learning together. After all, in a world of rapid change, the ability to learn—and to teach—is our greatest asset.
